Tobias Spengler is a strategic business leader and experienced project portfolio manager with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions and business strategy. He began his career in the German Army, holding diverse leadership positions before transitioning into strategic project management, where he developed deep expertise in process optimisation, programme management, and agile methodologies. He has worked across multiple industries, including defence, management consulting, and fintech, enhancing their project execution, knowledge retention, and operational efficiency. Now based in Frankfurt (the largest city in the State of Hesse) he helps organisations navigate complexity, scale efficiently, and drive business success.

Tobias holds an Executive MBA from London Business School, alongside several professional certifications in project management (PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 (Agile), Scrum Master), Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), and service management (ITIL).
