Francisco Lema, COO is based in London and has extensive experience in fintech, most recently leading product strategy at a global payment processing company. Francisco teams closely with Bhaskar in conducting the strategy review part of consulting projects, and he is instrumental in developing the company's fintech solutions. 

Francisco has his bachelor's degree in media from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, MA in economics from Universidad de Los Andes, MSc in IT from University of York, and Executive MBA from London Business School.
