Ana Mintskovskaya is a business professional based in Dubai with over 13 years of experience. She began her career at a leading international law firm, where she gained substantial expertise in complex international M&A transactions and cross-border restructuring projects. She continued her professional development at another top-tier international law firm, focusing on M&A, private equity transactions, and corporate governance. Ana subsequently held the role of general counsel for AI-driven IT companies, where she successfully built and led teams, implemented group-wide workflow processes, managed external advisers globally, and advised on investment rounds and various regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
